Your Role
Our menu is multi-cuisine, mainly including Indian dishes, Indo-Chinese, Italian, German, Mexican and other popular dishes like Burgers and Momos. Most of the items will be made with our own proprietary recipes (we will teach you how to) that are loved by our guests.
Your role will be that of an Executive Chef who owns responsibilities and delivers. You will work independently in the kitchen and ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will range from stock management to food prep to beautifully garnished food ready-to-serve. You will prep & cook delicious food, in a hygienic manner, mainly utilising our specialised recipes. Nevertheless, you will have the freedom to insert a hint of your own signature to some of the dishes.
You may also be required to prepare drinks (mocktails, shakes, etc.) from time-to-time.

You Will

- Know your recipes and have a passion for cooking delicious vegetarian/vegan dishes
- Learn and excel at what you don’t know to constantly evolve our F&B menu
- Keep stock of the kitchen supplies and ensure restocking in good time
- Monitor the kitchen and ensure its cleanliness and orderliness
- Know our food & drinks menu so you can prep-cook-serve at speed
- Know the current trends in the food industry
- Be the master of garnishing
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding food service

- Ensure you comply with all company policies you have been trained on, which include Fire Training and Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
