There are a couple of ways to do a ‘Work Exchange’ at our hostel – Volunteering or Interning. In exchange for your services you can expect the following:

Join our adventures in Varanasi either as a Volunteer or an Intern. You can contribute in myriad creative ways: Be a night owl; be a lark. Rise and shine; sleep-in. Be a monk. Make a monk. Play the guitar. Read books. Write books. Learn German. Teach German. Cook. Eat. Drink. Clean. Take a photo. Fly a drone. Land a drone. Walk. Stop. Jump. Drink chai. Take a dip in the Ganga. Hold your breath. Take a deep breath. Live your life. All we need you to do is to just Be You.

Are you a musician or a group of musicians carrying your equipments? Perfect! We love hosting concerts.
General Help
From time-to-time we require help with general maintenance and service. But this happens rarely.
